9 out of 10 think that cash always works as a means of payment

For the third consecutive year, GAD3 has prepared a study for the Denaria Platform focusing on the use of cash. The president of GAD3, Narciso Michavila, has been in charge of presenting this research at the Press Association of Madrid. This survey has shown that 67% of Spaniards think that cash is important for their daily lives. In turn, 93% believe that it is the means of payment that always works. This view is shared with emphasis among young people.
