- Sara Morais presented the study “Analysis of the presence of women in Technical Architecture”, prepared for CGATE.
The event, which was held at the CGATE headquarters, was attended by the president of the General Council of Technical Architecture of Spain, Alfredo Sanz, and the general manager of GAD3, Sara Morais.
“Technical architecture professionals acknowledge that gender equality in their sector has improved, and the survey shows that there is a trend towards a reduction in the perception of gender discrimination. However, there are still significant differences in terms of pay and work-life balance. Women, for example, are less satisfied than men with their daily time allocation”.
