According to the conclusions of the survey on the perception and assessment of Spanish society regarding the property development sector and housing in Spain, carried out by GAD3 for APCE, 85% have financial problems of various kinds when buying a home. Additionally, the study reveals that one in six Spaniards already links the activity of the real-state sector with sustainability and innovation. More than half of the Spanish population would be willing to pay a higher price for more sustainable housing.
