The GAD3 survey for ABC gives the following vote and seat estimates for the upcoming Basque Parliament elections
With a view to the forthcoming elections to the Basque Parliament on April 21, the PNV would obtain between 27 and 29 seats and 35.6% of the support. Next, EH Bildu would obtain between 28 and 30 seats and 34.2% of the support. The PSE-EE would obtain 12.6% of the votes and 10 seats. In fourth place, the Popular Party would obtain 7.5% of the vote, which would translate into 6-7 deputies. Next, Sumar would obtain 2.9%, Podemos 2.6% and VOX 2.2%.

Universe: general population over 18 years of age with the right to vote residing in the Basque Country.
Sample size: 800 interviews:
Information collection procedure: computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI).
Daily sampling error: 3.5% (n=800) for a degree of confidence of 95.5% (two sigmas) and in the worst case scenario of P=Q=0.5 under the assumption of simple random sampling.
Interview duration: 4 minutes.
Dates: April 8 to 12, 2024.
