Catalonia, Madrid, Andalusia and Valencia will concentrate the bulk of investment needs.
GAD3 has participated in the preparation of the study ‘Access to housing and affordable rental needs’ for Culmia. Through this collaboration with the real estate platform, it has been found that 761,000 new affordable rental homes are needed over the next 10 years to meet the demand. The expected investment should be 108,000 million euros. Analysing the regions, Catalonia, Madrid, Andalusia and the Valencian Community are the ones that will require the greatest development of investment.
