The Teacher Barometer: Why we need to listen to educators if we want to change the world? published by EY, focuses on how schools have adapted to the Covid-19 crisis and its effects. Among the main results, which emerge from the survey conducted by GAD3, we can highlight some interesting conclusions, such as the fact that families value school positively.
In fact, three quarters believe that teachers exercise their profession correctly and almost the same proportion believe that they generate confidence in parents. Moreover, the vast majority say that teachers adapt well to change (64.3%) and 62.8% even say that they should be better paid. Furthermore, the study points out that families and teachers consider that the Spanish education system has been resilient and has overcome the challenge “with distinction”.
