Carla López

Research consultant

I analyze political and electoral processes with a critical, technical, and committed eye, paying special attention to research on youth voting. Specializing in political and electoral analysis, I combine a solid statistical foundation with social sensitivity and creativity. My desire to understand power, institutions, and public decisions led me to study Political Science at the Complutense University of Madrid, after beginning a double degree in Philosophy and Economics.

I consolidated my profile with a Master’s Degree in Political and Electoral Analysis at the Carlos III University of Madrid, where I delved into research techniques, opinion polling analysis, and statistical models applied to the study of electoral behavior. I am passionate about working with data and turning it into useful knowledge for decision-making.

I am interested in researching the youth vote, studying youth electoral behavior, and the relationship between political communication and social polarization. I believe that political analysis should not only explain what is happening, but also help to build fairer and more understandable scenarios for citizens.

My experience includes working in institutional settings, where I have learned to interpret the timing and dynamics of real politics. I have also volunteered in humanitarian aid projects, an experience that reinforced my ethical vision and my ability to empathize with complex realities.

I have worked in diverse sectors, which has given me great professional versatility and skills in dealing directly with people. I feel comfortable both in analytical work and in spaces of social interaction, and I believe that both worlds complement and enrich each other.

Beyond political analysis, art and design are a constant source of inspiration for me. I am particularly interested in painting, architecture, and fashion design. I enjoy exhibitions, museums, and anything that stimulates creativity and aesthetic contemplation.

I believe in politics based on rigor, critical thinking, and connection with citizens. If you want to share synergies or simply connect, here is my LinkedIn profile.
