Administration Department

I have been working in the sector for over twelve years, a career that has allowed me to develop a practical and decisive approach to managing teams and processes effectively. I am currently part of the Administration Department at GAD3, where I am responsible for Human Resources for the Call Center staff and the team of face-to-face interviewers. I coordinate the selection, training, and monitoring of the field teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards in each project.

In addition to my duties in Administration, I actively collaborate with the Qualitative Research Department in recruitment tasks, which involves searching for and validating suitable profiles for each study, ensuring that they meet the objectives required by each project.

My experience in people and operations management is complemented by a higher degree in Audiovisual Production, which I studied at the Escuela Superior Escuela Superior de Audiovisuales, Animación 3D y Nuevas Tecnologías (CEV). This combination has allowed me to develop useful skills for organizing myself, planning tasks, and communicating clearly in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
