Administration Department

I am currently responsible for administration at GAD3, where I coordinate and supervise administrative functions in financial management. With over a decade of consolidated experience in the company, I have built my career on the basis of operational efficiency, attention to detail, and agile management of internal processes. My main responsibilities include processing contracts, issuing invoices, monitoring cash flow, liaising with suppliers, and day-to-day human resources management. All of this with a common goal: to ensure the smooth running of the organization’s cross-functional areas.

Thanks to my training as a Senior Technician in Administration and Finance, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the economic area, combining technical knowledge with organizational, planning, and incident resolution skills. In addition, during these years, I have taken on the coordination of the administration team. I have committed to leadership based on delegation, clear communication, and the creation of a collaborative, proactive, and reliable work environment.

Beyond administrative tasks in financial management, I play a key role in communicating with employees, customers, and suppliers. In this way, I ensure that each process is managed with transparency, agility, and precision. I specialize in invoicing and payment tracking, always striving for fluid communication and quick resolution of any issues. In this context, adaptability and the ability to make decisions in dynamic environments are qualities that I have developed throughout my career.

Outside of work, I love enjoying my homeland, Huelva: its landscapes, its culture, and its people. I am a loyal follower of El Rocío and a defender of our traditions, which I consider an essential part of my identity. In fact, this deep connection inspires me to value our roots, also in the professional sphere.
