Representative of the Interviewer Team

I have been working in the call center sector for more than seven years, and for the last two years I have been part of the GAD3 telephone interviewer team. During this time, I have learned that behind every call there is an opportunity to listen carefully, treat people with respect, and obtain data that truly reflects reality.

I studied for a higher degree in Early Childhood Education at IES Pío Baroja, which helped me develop key skills such as communication, empathy, and patience. In addition, I have a B1 level in Spanish Sign Language (LSE), thanks to my time at Fesorcam, which allows me to approach people from a more inclusive perspective.

My work, like that of the whole team, is based on three pillars that I consider fundamental: professionalism, rigor, and absolute respect for the anonymity of each person I speak to. I firmly believe in doing things well, carefully, and ethically, because that is the only way to build trust and obtain results that are truly worthwhile.

For me, each interview is more than a questionnaire: it is a conversation in which I try to add human value, taking care of every detail so that the information we collect is high-quality and useful. That is the spirit that drives me every day and that we share in our call center.
