The 2024 Entrepreneur Barometer carried out by AVE together with GAD3 yields the following data

The Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs has promoted this barometer for the second consecutive year with the aim of answering some questions such as: who are entrepreneurs, what do they contribute to society and how do Spanish citizens value them.
Some of the data provided by this project are: 77% of the population has a positive or very positive image of Spanish businessmen. In addition, regret for not having started a business is increasing, 6 out of 10 say they regret not having their own business and 83% consider it difficult or very difficult to start a business.

Technical data:
Universe: Spanish population over 18 years of age
Scope: National.
Quotas: by sex, age and geographical location.
Data collection procedure: computer-assisted online interview (CAWI).
Sample size: 3,652 interviews.
Sampling error: ±1.7% (n=3,652), for a confidence level of 95.5% (two sigmas) and under the worst case scenario of P=Q=0.5 in the simple random sampling assumption.
Interview duration: approximately 8-9 minutes, 41 questions.
Fieldwork dates: March 11-18, 2024.
