Artificial intelligence is transforming our daily lives and has become a key tool in areas such as education, so Planeta Formación y Universidades in collaboration with GAD3, has conducted a study on AI and its implications for the future, the labor market and education. This analysis gathers the opinions of young people between 18 and 35 years old in four countries: France, Colombia, Spain and Italy.
On February 6, 2025 GAD3 had the privilege of presenting the results in Paris, France, where the main conclusions of the study were shared, shedding light on the role that AI will play in the coming years.

69% of French students use generative AI tools.
We asked respondents which artificial intelligence tools they use most frequently. The results show that the most used, with 69%, are generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or DALL-E. In second place, with 60%, are virtual assistants such as Alexa or Copilot. Gamification applied to learning is employed by 24% of respondents, while 23% use image, text and sound editing and authoring tools. Finally, 11% use personalized recommendation systems on online platforms.
But do they really teach us how to use these tools?

Only 27% of respondents have received specific training on AI
While 73% have not had any training in this area. If we compare these data with those of other countries participating in the study, we find that in Colombia the percentage of AI training is higher with 39%, while in Italy it is lower with 23%. This report highlights the need for greater integration of artificial intelligence in educational plans to prepare new generations for the challenges of the future.
