Last 14 December, we put the surveys aside and laced up our trainers.
Yesterday, the GAD3 team took part in the Carrera de las Empresas 2025, swapping data for kilometres and embracing a different kind of experience. One that allowed us to transfer our way of working to a very different setting, yet one with many similarities.

From this race, we drew two conclusions:
The first is that running as a team is very much like analysing data: no one gets far alone, and the real value lies in joining forces, coordinating efforts and moving forward together.
The second is that, as in any good study, what matters is not only reaching the finish line, but everything learned along the way: shared effort, perseverance and the ability to overcome challenges.
We crossed the finish line, but above all we proved that we are a team, both inside and outside the office, beyond surveys and data.
And although when we were told “fieldwork”, we did not expect it to involve running, we didn’t hesitate for a second!
This was our first race as a team… but it certainly won’t be the last.
