“Focused on the experience” was the slogan chosen for the event.
Narciso Michavila, president of GAD3, spoke at the WorkPlace Summit in Madrid, promoted by IFMA Spain. This event consisted of 6 blocks in which individual presentations and round tables were held. The focus of this edition revolved around the experience in the workplace. One of the conclusions drawn was the need to retain talent in order to increase innovation within companies.
