Our qualitative research manager has presented the first Housing Barometer for the Community of Madrid.
On 20 May 2026, the presentation of the 1st Madrid Regional Housing Barometer took place at IFEMA in Madrid, as part of the Madrid International Property Expo (SIMA). Patricia Abad, head of qualitative research at GAD3, took part in a discussion led by journalist Meli Torres for the radio programme Inversión Inmobiliaria on Capital Radio.
The discussion featured Luis Roca de Togores (chairman of Valdecarros Madrid) and Raimundo Giménez (property development manager at AEDAS Homes), alongside the aforementioned Patricia Abad, and was moderated by journalist Meli Torres.

Key points included the barriers and preferences regarding access to housing, as well as the characteristics and preferences relating to new housing developments, with a particular focus on Valdecarros and the current stage of this project.
