Presentation of the GAD3 study on the state of the sector
Next, Narciso Michavila, President and Founder of the social research consultancy, presented the study carried out by GAD3 on the diagnosis of the construction sector in Asturias.
The report captures companies’ perceptions of the current situation, the main administrative obstacles and growth prospects. Among the key findings are excessive timeframes for processing licences and a lack of coordination between administrations, identified as factors hindering the development of new projects. The study also points to moderate optimism regarding activity levels in the coming years, conditioned by economic developments and housing policies.
