GAD3 has been tracking the last 14 days before the regional and local elections in Colombia.
One day before the regional and local elections in Colombia, GAD3 has published the latest estimate of the electoral tracking for RCN where you can see who are the favourites in these five cities: Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga.
In the case of Bogotá, Carlos Fernando Galán is the candidate with the most support from the population, with 42,8% of the votes, followed by Gustavo Bolívar with 20.8% and in third place is Juan Daniel Oviedo with 16,2%.
In Medellín, Federico Gutiérrez would obtain 67,7% of the vote, followed by Juan Carlos Upegui with 13,1%.
Continuing with the rest of the territories, in the case of Cali, Roberto Ortiz would be the candidate in first position with 37,1% of votes, followed by Alejandro Eder with 35,5%, in third place would be Miyerlandi Torres with 7%, followed by Danis Rentería with 6,6%.
On the other hand, in Barranquilla, Alejandro Char is in first place with 74,6% of the votes, followed by Antonio Bohórquez with 10,6%.
Finally, in Bucaramanga, Jaime Beltrán leads with 36,6% of the votes, the second candidate Horacio Serpa would have 11,8%, and in third and fourth place would be Carlos Parra and Consuelo Ordoñez with 9,8% and 6,8% respectively.

Técnica utilizada para la selección de la muestra: Entrevista telefónica asistida por ordenador (CATI) a teléfonos celulares en Colombia.
Fecha de recolección: 6 al 27 de octubre de 2023, a.i.
Margen de error: ± 5,0% (n=400) para un grado de confianza del 95,5% (dos sigmas) y en la hipótesis más desfavorable de P=Q=0,5 en el supuesto de muestreo aleatorio simple.
