- GAD3 has elaborated for the Association of Real Estate Developers of Madrid (ASPRIMA) the report ‘Perception and assessment of the development and housing sector in the Community of Madrid’ to find out the opinion of Madrid´s society on this matter.
Nine out of 10 residents in Madrid consider that the good functioning of the housing development and construction sector is a determining factor for the Spanish economy and employment. Furthermore, 80% think that this sector will play an important role and will have a direct influence on the economic recovery after the crisis resulting from the pandemic.
