The study ‘How do Spanish SMEs relate to their banks’ on the relationship between SMEs and banks, carried out by GAD3 for Qonto on a sample of 510 SMEs and start-ups with up to 250 workers throughout the country, shows that most of the Spanish small and medium-sized companies consulted consider it important to have a good banking service
When asked what aspects are most important when choosing a bank, Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises put the security of the transaction in first place. Behind them, ease of use (59%) and the absence of fees (52%) complete the podium, followed closely by transparency (49.3%) and innovation in products and services (30.3%).
