Narciso Michavila, president of GAD3, defended that“without polls there is no democracy” in the conference “Data journalism: How to create journalistic content from sociological studies”, delivered at the Electoral Tribunal of Panama on October 22. The sociologist spoke of the importance of reducing the closing period for the publication of election polls, in an increasingly volatile context, in which the vote is being decided later and later.
